command to run a command after 30 mins

how to schedule a command to run after 30 mins ?

you can use the "at" command

or simply

# sleep 1800 && command

could you explain more about how to use "at" command ?

sleep command worked fine.

with at, the commad would look like this:

 at -f /path/to/script now + 30 minutes
check

#man at
