Can someone guide me in telling me what is a good definition of concurrent users. Is there a website I can go to to get this definition?

Concurrent users means current users at the same time. For example, in our company, we have about 300 users who will use our Oracle applications, but many of these are infrequent users. During the day, at any one time, I can expect to see about 80 of these logged into Oracle, so that would be 80 concurrent users.
