wap suddenly not run

i had a case like this, can anyone help me?

for months i had web n wap server in one pc, it is running normally till..
yesterday, suddenly wap cannot be accessed, not responding, while the www is running normally
i know nothing about this. can anyone help tell me where i can find information, logs, n troubleshooting?
