unix in windows

can you tell me a tool ..

where i can install unix in windows environment..

i cant remember exactly.. is it something like cygwin or so...

i need to create a unix environment on windows platform to work on..

pls help

There is other unix like plateform on windows known as "UWIN" from AT & T.
cygwin has sh shell where as UWIN has ksh without any compatibility issue.
This was developed By Korn and his team.
