I already tryied with the command
shutdown -y -g0 -i0 Donīt Work. The Answer is the same: *** Safe Power off *** ***Press any key to reboot*** |

ok, try "poweroff" and take a look at the man pages for something like "-f" flag for "force", sorry, I don't have sco currently available.
