search and replace different fields

Hi

i want to search and replace different field on each files.

file 1

FIELD2=xxxxxxxxx
FIELD4=xxxxxxxx
FIELD3=xxxxxxx
FIELD1=20000


file 2

FIELD1=
FIELD2=

file 3

FIELD2=xxxxxxxxx
FIELD4=xxxxxxxx
FIELD3=xxxxxxx
FIELD1=20000

i created another file where i store all the necessary variables and it's values.
i want to populate these values into 6 files. anyone who can help me?

Hi,

The file mentioned above are the files where i can append the values. the values came from another file where i handles all the new values. all i want to know is how can i append the values in these files because the fields are different. all i know is the position of the character.
