Check incoming mail to sendmail
I'm trying to find a command to check what mail is being sent to my sendmail server... Can't seem to find it... anyone know how to do this?

I can't think of a command that tells you what's coming into your sendmail server. You'd need to check your mail log where ever that's being directed. Check the assigned directory for mail.info in your /etc/syslog.conf file for the log file location.
