clients are those nodes which can run processes on the server.
now whenever any process is over i need to send mail from the server side to the email id of the person who is logged on that node.
we have the database of the nodes and their email-id's.
so the task is how can we send the email from server to the email-id.

Once the process is over

echo $LOGNAME $HOSTNAME|mailx -s "The PID process is over" abc@mail.com

hope this should be fine. you can get the logname and corresponding hostname in mail. i think you can include this line in the end of the job which u used to run so that once the job is over it sends the mail with the login id.
