External SCSI hard drive
Someone gave me a small external SCSI hard drive for my SunOS 5.8 test system. How do I make Unix see the hard drive?

My try would be to connect the disk, reboot the system with
Code:
# touch /reconfigure; shutdown -g 0 -y -i 6

Unfortunately that did not have any effect. Should I expect to see the new drive when I: df -k??
