Dear all,
I unable to connect my sun machnie through hyperterminal . when I am trying , the screen (hyperterminal )shows all the key letters (like !@#$%^ ... 12345.... abcd...ABCD..) but i unable get login screen. Sun ultra enterprise 3000 / serial port cable 9-9 pin. can any one help in this? |

I would suggest not using Hyperterminal.
I would try downloading an emulator such as eterm, or reflections and try to connect that way... I have had more luck with emulators that built in windows tools... Recon |

try tera term its free, and not bad at all
the only problem with it is that you have to type the hostname every time you want to connect to something... http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA002416/teraterm.html jerzey

what about this.....
ummm...i dont know if this is relative..but im trying to connect to a remote pc using dos and some ip scanners...im having alot of trouble....i have connected to some...but now all i get is this pc is not accepting requests, and i dont know whats up
