Exclamation Looking for Words File

Ok, I know that my next statement will shock half of you and alienate the other half, but please bear with me. I use Windows! I know, I know! I'm ashamed. But I do need some help from you UNIX gurus. I hope my previous statement actually got some of you guys who hate me back on my side.

Ok, all seriousness aside, I need to download the "words" file. I basically just need a file with a ton of words in a Windows or DOS compatible text file. If anyone has a URL I can click on to download the "words" file, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds to me like you're looking for a wordlist; Google for "wordlist".

"words" file are you referring to the name of the file.

What's a "production"? And how do you log into it? I don't have UNIX. I use windows now. So, if this is a UNIX thing...

Uuummm... I don't know how I can be more specific. But let me try this:

I put the quotes to indicate that words is the name of the file. words is a standard file on all Unix and Unix-like operating systems, and is simply a newline delimited file of dictionary words. The words file is usually stored in /usr/share/dict/words, or /usr/share/words.

So if anyone knows the URL of the words file in UNIX that I can click to download, please send it to me. I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
