Procmail 3.22 install error message

I'm trying to install : Procmail 3.22
onto a : E10K domain
running : Solaris 2.6 Generic_105181-35

I untar the file to /stage/procmail-3.22.

When I run the command: /usr/ccs/bin/make install

I get the following message, then the install aborts:

License Error : Cannot find license file (/usr/local/flexlm/licenses/license.dat)
for product (SPARCompiler C)

The product has not been installed properly.
There are no license files in following path :

None
::::
gcc -O _autotst.c -o _autotst
./initmake: gcc: not found
::::
*******************************************************
I suggest you take a look at the definition of CFLAGS* and CC
in the Makefile before you try make again.
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `init'

Any help would be appreciated.

Is GCC installed on your platform? If so, what is the version?

Thanks,

Neo

Thanks,

found out that I was trying to install the source code from the tar (newbie error!)

Once I downloaded the package from Sunfreeware.com, it installed correctly.

Now, does anyone know which files I need to modify to make it work? I have a .procmailrc file in the user account's directory, with a recipe that is supposed to log any incomming email to a log file, but there is no entry when I do send a email to this user.

Any help or documentation would be grateful.
