Please review the rules - in particular:
(4) Do not 'bump up' questions if they are not answered promptly <snip> If somebody can offer assistance, they will... I think you need to be more specific about the problems that you're having - is this an external USB hard disk, which Operating System are you using (uname -a), does it get automatically mounted when you connect it (post output of mount command without options), etc, etc. We need a lot more information in order to assist.
