Unix comparison

I am very new to Unix. What are the similiarities and differences between ScoUnix and AIX5 if any? Where might i find the information? Which is better?

A post like this only invites a fight between AIX and SCO folks. That is why our rules say:

(8) No BSD vs. Linux vs. Windows or similar threads.
