Question Unix for windows

Hi im new and know nothing about unix/programming/commands for unix etc. is there a unix for windows? if so where can i get a copy for my laptop so i can start playing around on it and learning it. Also if there is anyone out there who knows a site/anything to help me learn a bit about unix and the commands and what the variables and such mean please can i have that as well? Thanks alot

UNIX is not a program that runs under something else, UNIX is the operating system. These programs provide environments that act like UNIX under Windows, but are not really UNIX.
