how can I rename the following=-^

I have a file named -^, I want to look at it, rename, etc. Any help out there??

Type in ls ?? to list all files with 2 character names. If this file is the only one, then you can mv ?? newfilename.

That isn't working, tried this:

ls ??
ls: Not a recognized flag: ^


and tried this:

ls -ltr *??*
ls: Not a recognized flag: ^

I'm using tcsh.

You can also do....

mv ./-^ sensible_filename
