Will Old Files Be Removed

I have windows Xp installed, and decided to install Solaris Sun Unix 10. The hard disk was previousely partitioned into 5 partition. C: = Win98 D = WinXP and e,f,g,h are applications and so on. When istalling Sun Unix, will all the drives be removed, or I will specify where to install it. Thanks and I am

Btw: I have already started to install unix. I'm in the step where to choose a language, and he didn't ask me anything since now..... I am more

BTW: I don't wish to lose all the 100GB of data, so more help will be appreciated....

you are not going to delete any of your data unless u go for a
format or re-partition, if at all by mistake ...

and u are going (must) to install unix in non-dos partition,

which would be identified while installing itself
prompting u to install in unallocated partition...

i believe there is no problems in that.

Thanks for your info, really helpful. But i didn't understand when you said NON-DOS partition? You mean an NTFS partition?
