file not found..but file is there, also zip problem

Ok, completely lost!! Downloaded Sun install manager..the shell and jave web start...both versions. When I try to run the sh script, i get a file not found error.

here is the syntax #/bin/sh/ whatever the name of the installer is.sh

error returned file not found name of shell.sh

so then i downloaded the sun.jldm web start file. When I try and run it, I get the same file not found error.

Any ideas?? tar works good. none of my zip files will uncompress either.

this is a fresh install...and a newbie to Solaris installs...am i forgetting something??

thanks for the advice/opinions..
