view all others terminals

i'm responsible for maintenance at my place and would like to watch all terminals in front me.i log myself into one terminal, but would like to view
copy of other's terminals visible to me, it is just like for audit/security watch.

vkandati, in another thread you write: "being ordinary user (not having any administrative rights) can avail myself...". I'm a bit troubled that someone without administrative rights is attempting to "view copy of other's terminals". Could you explain your requirements in more detail?

I'm no Admin, but has job of audit/security having equivalent rights to that of Admin, but not being Admin, we always depend on Admin for every decision.
So i would like knew with/without of Admin rights can we 'copy view of all terminals' and 'login and logout username and their timing'
