How Do I Reset An Ssh Port

Specs:
Computer = 2003 Dell Zeon with 2 SCSI drives 1 gig ram
OS = SCO Open Server 5.0.7 patched up
SSH = Open SSH, not sure what version, new within a year.

How do I reset an SSH port 22 that is not responding to incoming connections, without having to restart the computer?

Any help would be great, thanks.

I'm not familiar with SCO, but it seems you can edit your ssh config file (usually in /etc or /etc/ssh) then restart the ssh server (sshd).

you could try:
killall sshd
or
ps -aux |grep ssh
then issue kill on the PID
