i am new at unix. i have no clue what is unix is about and i want to start studing unix. i need your help, first if you can tell me what is a best book that i can start with and second how do i program unix programming on my windows xp desktop. which software i need and stuff.
i am sorry i am asking dumb question but i need your help. i read all the forums i am so confuse right new. i really need your help i was going thru all the forum this is the only forums or from you i can get help from. so i f you can please tell how i can start 1st which book and 2nd the software and how to install it on my windows xp. please. thank you. What is Unix?
