The console's window size in VMware is too small. How can I change it?
I mean changing the window size of pseudo terminals such as tty1, not the kde desktop. I think it may be connected to resolution. But changing resolution in the menu.lst of grub doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Are you talking about the guest O/S window ? If so you set this when you run "vmware-config-tools.pl". Re-run this script on the guest and you should be asked the resolution again.

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I am talking about guest OS window. Running the script 'vmware-config-tools.pl' will only affect the GUI interface like a KDE desktop. The window of command line console entered by pressing "CTRL-ALT-F1' will not change. |
