OpenSolaris, Wireless won't work, help please!

I just installed a fork of opensolaris, and I really like it.
I would hate going back to Ubuntu, But one issue, I cannot get my Dell Wireless 1450 Wireless USB Adapter working.
On Ubuntu 10.4 I just installed nonfree firmware, but I guess it doesn't work that way on Solaris, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just really hate windows, the sooner I get it working the better.

Do you have the source of this firmware ? you can compile it for open solaris.

And don't forget that OpenSolaris support will be finished

Please don't bump.

If solaris doesn't support your hardware, it doesn't support your hardware. There's next to no third-party support for consumer level things.

I'm afraid I have to disagree with this statement. There are 27 third party Solaris/OpenSolaris consumer level network drivers on that site: Free NIC drivers for OpenSolaris

Some Windows proprietary network drivers can also be installed on OpenSolaris based OSes using the NDIS wrapper:
ndis wrapper (Community Group laptop.ndis) - XWiki
