how much space?

Hello
I want to install a linux on my old computer (pentium 100 mhz, 16 mb ram and 400 mb hdd) as a local area network serwer (ftp, ssh, dhcp, routing/gateway)...
My question is: what of linux distribution can fit on 400 mb hard disk? I have slackware 9 and trustix 2.0 but I don't know if I can install it on such a small disk... please tell me if it is enough for a small install (without xwindow, kde...)
Have a nice day

You most definitely do have enough space, just make sure when you do the slackware installation that you choose to select which packages are installed. (I belive this is called expert, or advanced mode or custom or something similar)

Double check that you have not selected X, X apps, Kde, Gnome, Documentation and also watch out for packages like the Java SDK which take up space unnessesarily.
