Problem with Solaris 9
I'm trying to install this on my pc at home but the thing is after I get to the option screen that ask where I want to boot solaris from:
hard drive cd interface after I choose the cd option, it begins reading from the CD then it asks me if I want the installation to be interactive or custom I have chosen both interactive and custom but right after I chose any one of these options it begins reading the CD for about 10 seconds then it stops readin from the CD. what could be wrong??? i have tried all 4 cds I have here to boot from but all of them seem to have the same problem |

Are these Solaris 9 X86 (the one for Intel based systems)? Or are you attempting to put a sparc version on a p.c. (which won't work)?
