hw can i prepaer bootable floopy in Solaris as well as SCO Unix

Procedure for creating a bootable SunOS floppy diskette.
Bootdisk for Sun Solaris? As for SCO, I imagine you could get info off their site ... when it comes back up after the ddos attack on it.
