How to view ps and pdf file under unix

Hello,

I'd like to view ps and pds file under Unix(Xwindow)
who could tell me the which software/command can work?

There are a lot you can choose from:
KDE: kghostview, kpdf
GNOME: ggv
Others: xpdf, gv

For PDF files, you can also download official acrobat reader from Adobe in case a build is available for your Unix version.
