Process Wait on DG UX

Does anyone know what the equivalent command to pwait on Solaris is on DG/UX. I need my script to kick off a process and wait till it is complete before continuing with the script.

I don't know DG/UX. But in ksh, the command:
wait
will wait until all children of the shell finish. And you can specify a pid to select just one child.

Not to contribute idle chatter, but I wasn't aware that DG-UX was still an active OS. Wasn't the AViiON line discontinued? I enjoyed DG-UX as it was really my first UNIX and was a very nice SysV implementation.

Cheers,

Keith

Cool

Yes Aviion's are still going - I don't think the O/S is being developed any further now though e.g. Oracle 9i is not available on DG/UX. We're now migrating to Solaris when theold boxes need replacing.

Regards
