Question How do I find out how much swap and memory is free?

In Solaris 2.6 and 8

How do I find out how much swap and memory is free?

Also how can I see how much memory each process is consuming?

Thanks in advance

swap -s and swap -l gives swap space information

/usr/proc/bin/pmap -x PID gives information about the
memory usage of a process
