Soy arrepentido, nuestra órdenes requieren Inglés. También nuestras órdenes prohiben hace la misma pregunta dos veces.

If I got this right:
He said "I have questions but my language is Spanish, can anyone help me. I said "sorry but our rules require English. Also our rules prohibit asking the same question twice.
