Ftp a pgp encripted file

Hi All,
I am new to unix script.
I want to ftp a file with pgp encription from my server to client server.
the file name like 'xxxx_0102_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.aer'. this file name will change when ever i ftp my file.

please help me any one to do this..

Files usually don't change their filename when being transfered by ftp, no matter if they are pgp encrypted or whatever. What commands did you use?
