Question FTP Server doesn't work??

I appreciate iif anybody can help me with this issue. I set up a Linux FTP server which is authorized user ID from AD. I do some configuration on vsftpd.conf file but it doesn't work out. I copy these configuration, can you help me to check again as when i connect through browser it always give me error "550 Failed to changed directory". Thank:

Understand URN convention

By default when you do FTP from browser then it attempts to login with anonymous which MAY fails and you will get some browser-specific message. Try with URL ftp://usernameassword@Server-IPort

Also if that doesn't work then I'd be interested in knowing weather FTP from command-line works or not. If not then what is sequence of dialogue happened between Server and command-line client?

It works on command line and work well with third-party FTP client (FileZilla; Fubu), it just doesn't work with Browser either Firefox or Internet Explorer. Do you think there mistake in my configuration file?
