How to enable CONFIG_SYSVIPC in my kernel - UNIX for Advanced & Expert Users

I found out that the reason my Xorg was not working is that Nvidia needs this CONFIG_SYSVIPC enabled in my kernel - the latest patches that messed it up must have changed the kernel and changed that - what can I to change this without reinstalling ??

I found the answer for anyone else ever has the same problem - it is patch # 125720-10 that caused the problem - I patchrm 'ed that mother and it came right up ---
