configration 2 doman on the same ip

hi all
i am new on the dns server and web server i need same help of it
i have register a new doman name site and give it the ip of my dns server so i have now 2 doman have the same dns sarver ip
the problem is how can i seperat the 2 doman
when i call the first one it came ok
when i call the second one it bring the first one too
so how can i define the second one i need the command and the way to defin that .
