Unhappy p570 - Problem bringing it back up

I have a p570 server with 2 LPARs on it. One of my colleagues did a firmware upgrade on it over the weekend but I have not been able to bring it back online since.

I go to activate the partition from the HMC and it gets stuck on the C20082FF operator panel and just freezes from there.

Does anyone know what this means??

Sounds like time to open a service call with IBM.

I searched here:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...v5r3/index.jsp

but couldn't find much on that error code. Just a couple trouble tickets in their database. The solution to those was updating code, but it didn't say exactly what code they had to update. There was nothing for that error code in their message center or Diagnostic Information for Mulitple Bus Systems manual.
