Guys need some advice on how to check some of the questions below?
i'm running on an open VMS platform... which i am an idiot to... appreciate if anyone can give some hints or source on how to check on.. a script that is running on cron job... but doesn't run as the login user name.. 1. why there are multiple instances? where to check the instances? 2. where and when is the script running? 3. how to remove the script? 4. is it safe to kill the process & how to do it? |

Gee, it's been way too long but I seem to remember a utility that allowed 'UNIX' type commands which may have included cron.
I was more trying to point the op to a solution within VMS versus keeping him coming back with more questions. |
