email reflector question - with postix

hello, i have an email reflector question yoo smtp server experts.

1. i have a static ip address and connected to the internet with dsl. my isp of course blocks port 25 for the smtp server. however i want to send and recieve emails to my home dsl connected computer.

2, i know that i can relay my sent messages via mail.bellsouth.net. that works fine. of course i cannot recieve email messages as port 25 is blocked.

3. i quess the only other option is paying for the service to do email reflecting as the service will relay the sent messages to me on port 10025 or some other port.
are there any other options that would do the trick without having to pay for this service?

4. if i go with the email reflector service like no-ip.com how do i configure the mx record to relay send messages to the reflector and in turn recieve email?
any other companies besides no-ip.com that you could recommend?

5. currently i have a domine name called goldcoastcreations.com that is registored with regestry.com
goldcoastcreations.com points to: my web hosting company
home.goldcoastcreations.com points to: my home computer
mail.goldcoastcreatins.com points to my home computer

how do specify the MX record for my domian: goldcoastcreations.com
or do i do for no-ip.com? not sure how the connection is established.
