ZSH of course.

for scripts: /bin/sh
for root account: /bin/tcsh

Whenever possible, I write POSIX-compliant scripts which will run in bash, ksh, ash, and any POSIX shell.

For interactive use, and when I need some non-standard features, I use bash.
