How to set baude rate of Serial port using setserial or other command

Hello,
I am encountering problems when I use termios structure to set my
baud rate of serial port. Pls give me a way by which I can set
the same using a different command

man cfspeed

Bear in mind that the tty driver resets stuff back to defaults at close() time if there is no other process with the tty open. (At last close, you're back to normal.) So a program that uses the tty port must set the speed itself.
