Exclamation Page fault in kernel

I have a query (Don't know whether its the right folder to ask)
.................
What happens when page fault happens in Kernel ..(as the kernel mode is non-preemptive)...

any guesses...

As it's only guesses you're after:

Panic
Dump
Crash
Reboot

Or maybe nothing.

Page fault in kernel

Guesses are fine but some body knows what actually happens and can explane that would be great.
