Question Access file permission settings from Windows

Looking to see if there is a tool/crawler that could export the file permissions to a windows for a unix system ?

So, there isn't a tool that could pull all the details, including SUID and SGUID ?

I can only think of commercial product that may have had the tools (not sure, dont remember...) for they were to let unix share with NFS to win platform:
PC-NFS and Reflection NFS-Gateway not commercialized anymore... You would have to investigate that way on newer products...
