ALOM NETMGT port settings (sc/rsc)

Hi,

Is it possible to manually set the sc/rsc netmgt port speed and duplex settings, rather than have it auto-negotiate?

How do you see what speed the port is currently connected at, from the host side (not from switch or router)?

Thanks
