Unable to import a diskgroup in veritas..

Hello experts..

I am unable to import a disk group using vxdg . Is there any other command to import a disk group..

can you see the disks online? how abt "vxdisk -o alldgs list" output? any errors seen?

Every thing is ok.. all disks are in online..

If it is certain that a disk is not in use by another host (such as because a disk group was not cleanly deported), then the -C option can be used to clear the existing host ID on all disks in the disk group as part of the import.

And you may use this:
# vxdg -f -C import <diskgroup>
