Solaris 10 network teaming best practice

Hi there,
I would like to know if there is any best practice white page for network teaming with fail over / load balancing under solaris 10.

Just using the wizard to enable the fail over / load balancing on a SunFire v245 with 4 NIC have BAD result.

randomly, once few user connect to the server (~15) they lost their telnet connection

can'T understand why the teaming feature of solaris is so different to broadcom teaming feature that we found on windows server witch work so easy (1 ip for X nic)

Solaris need specific IP for each NIC + another IP for teaming...

are you talking about IPMP or DLPI?

I posted an example IPMP configuration in this thread:
Interfaces do not failover

for DLPI have a look at dladm on docs.sun.com: Overview of Link Aggregations
