leaving ALOM mode

Some netra 240 machines went into ALOM mode, and when I issue the command;

sc> console

it got stuck, does it mean Solaris OS had crashed ? or what can I do to reboot,because reboot is not starting?

And advice ?

try the break sequence... something like "~." or "#." to get back to the sc.

I tried , but even though it say we are in console mode and says #. to get back ALOM mode, it got stuck in console mode without "#" prompt .

invoke another telnet session to the alom an do a reset/reboot of the sc. afterwards try again...
