Error Message in unix

Hi,
First of let me know, did you replaced the same memory module (same slot) one month before...??? After replacing the memory this time, run the post at OK prompt in a maximum mode by putting the setting "diag-level=max" Hardware failures are common, but you can check out about heat near by your server if memory is failing every month. Yes we has change the memory at the same slot. Is there any other way to change the setting without running the post ? Is there any big impact to other program if i didn't fix it soon ? |
