how to install wget on Solaris sparc 9
hi,
i downloaded wget-1.9.1-sol9-sparc-local.gz for solaris sparc 9. but do not know how to install it.
anybody help me.

gunzip wget-1.9.1-sol9-sparc-local.gz
Then assuming its a package, use pkgadd

just as an aside, depending on the cluster you have installed you may already have wget in /usr/sfw/bin
