Patching error on Solaris 2.6 - I know the 'fix' - do you?

Patching a Solaris 2.6 server (running application that wasn't approved for anything higher) in single user mode - loading about 120 patches.

Following error started occurring after patch 105356-23

/kernel//kernel/strmod/ptem: undefined symbol miocpullup ptem error doing common

Actual logs:

** Installing 105356-23 **
Checking installed patches...
Executing prepatch script...
Verifying sufficient filesystem capacity (dry run method)... Installing patch packages...
Patch number 105356-23 has been successfully installed.
See /var/sadm/patch/105356-23/log for details
Patch packages installed:
SUNWcsr
SUNWcsu
SUNWhea
SUNWssadv

** Installing 105375-29 **
Checking installed patches...
Verifying sufficient filesystem capacity (dry run method)...
/kernel//kernel/strmod/ptem: undefined symbol miocpullup
ptem error doing common
Installing patch packages...
/kernel/strmod/ptem: undefined symbol miocpullup
ptem error doing common
Patch number 105375-29 has been successfully installed.
See /var/sadm/patch/105375-29/log for details
Patch packages installed:
SUNWhea
SUNWluxal
SUNWluxdv
SUNWluxop

Error kept repeating during the rest of the patching.

The exact same patches were done on a test server and two other production servers with no issues. All the servers are suppose to be the exactly the same (of course they aren't but they are close - all started with the same OS and version and application).

Since this happened, investigating found only one detail different in how the other servers were patched and this one was patched. I just finished patching this server again with the one change - and all is fine. No errors.

Well, seems no one was interested in even taking a guess - closing.
