net-snmp-5.1.2 Solaris 9
All,
I downloaded and installed the following net-snmp from the sourceforge.net website on a Solaris 9 server with the entire collection installed: net-snmp-5.1.2-SunOS_5.9_sun4u.tar.gz with no errors. I attempt to run snmpget and I get the following error: ld.so.1: snmpget: fatal: libcrypto.so.0.9.7: open failed: No such file or directory I did a find / -name "libcrypto*" -print on the system with no responses returned. Any ideas to fix the problem would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

You need also to install OpenSSL.
If you don't specifically need net-snmp-5.1.2, you can get 5.1.1 from http://www.sunfreeware.com also this will give you a list of other required packages for this to work.
