Hello
I have a server Sun Fire X4250. Few days ago I take a look to ILOM -> System Monitoring -> log events. I saw some lines that I don't understand, for example: 5800 Chassis Action major Oct 30 23:58:35 2009 Hot insertion of /SYS/DBP/HDD12 5799 Chassis Action major Oct 30 23:58:27 2009 Hot removal of /SYS/DBP/HDD12 And there are many lines like this, with differents HD (total: 15) but most of the lines are referred to HD8 and HD12. "Hot insertion" I want to believe that it doesn`t means a phisical insertion/removal... but, what it means???. Thanks in advance Last edited by marimontes; 11-20-2009 at 10:09 AM.. |

Then pick one of these:
- the ILOM version wasn't 2.0.2 on October the 20th. - the issue is actually not fully fixed in that version - someone was playing with your disks around midnight that day. |
